The culinary experience is an integral part of any visit to Niagara. We are fortunate to live in an area with a distinctive regional cuisine and to have local farmers and food purveyors that provide us with everything from prosciutto to fresh fruit.

Your day begins with the complimentary coffee service that is offered from 7:30 a.m. along with daily newspapers just outside your room.

At 9 a.m., join us in the dining room for our full service hot breakfast. We proudly serve baked goods from local celebrity pastry chef Catherine O’Donnell’s Willow Cakes and Pastries, Starbucks coffee, Tazo teas and homemade hot entrees. A sample breakfast menu might include:

Housemade Granola and Yogurt or Fresh Fruit

German Apple Pancakes with Pure Maple Syrup and Peameal Bacon
or Asparagus and Gruyere Omelette with Rosemary Potato Onion Cakes
or Crunchy Brioche French Toast Stuffed with Bananas and Walnuts
